Superior Aviation Pty Ltd was established in 1993 as the local distributor for PMA parts manufacturer Superior Air Parts USA.
Since then, we’ve diversified our product offering and developed our service to distribute and stock more than 100 brands.
Our objective as a company has always been to provide our clients throughout Australia and New Zealand with competitively priced aviation parts and accessories.
We understand the general aviation (GA) industry and value the importance of the little things like having sales staff to talk to, allowing cash sales and having a presence on an Australian GA airfield.
We’re authorised distributors for a huge range of FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) & Original Equipment Manfacturer (OEM) parts brands including Superior Air Parts Inc, McFarlane Aviation, Tempest Aero, Hartzell Engine Technologies and Kelly Aero.
We also stock and hold many other brands, and are always happy to bring in parts on special order as needed.
When it comes to the delivery of our products, we have an established distribution partnership with key freights suppliers to ship and deliver daily throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our History
Superior Air Parts Pty Ltd is established as a Superior Air Parts Inc parts distributor, based in Archerfield Airport, Brisbane, Australia, as a 50/50 joint venture between Superior Air Parts INC (USA) and Wing and Rotor Aviation Ltd (NZ).
Superior Air Parts Pty Ltd is bought out and wholly owned by Wing and Rotor Aviation Ltd (NZ).
Superior Air Parts Pty Ltd becomes a 50/50 joint venture between Wing and Rotor Aviation Ltd (NZ) and an Australian Owner.
The remaining Superior Air Parts shares are purchased by the Australian Owner, and Superior Air Parts Pty Ltd becomes a 100% wholly owned Australian company.
Superior Air Parts NZ Ltd is established at 5/4 Markedo Place, Papakura 2110, Auckland, New Zealand as a business to enable in country stock and quick service to the NZ customer base.
Superior Air Parts Pty Ltd moves its headquarters and Australian warehouse location to 111 Ditchman Avenue Archerfield Airport, 4108, Queensland Australia.
